About Sara Rounce
Sara Rounce is an experienced Pilates and movement teacher with a studio in Liss, Hampshire and has taught people of all levels and abilities for over 18 years. She teaches mat work and Reformer Pilates-based exercises. She is also a member of (and previously co-chair) The UK Guild of Pre & Postnatal Exercise Instructors. Sara teaches on the Surrey & Hampshire border and covers Liss, Liphook, Haslemere, Elstead and Hindhead.
Sara is a qualified specialist in Women’s health and is Founder of The Wellwoman Fitness Foundation (TWFF) and stays fully up-to-date with her training.
Sara recognises the importance of applying different exercises to the different stages of a woman’s life and offers exercises & movement according to specific needs.
