Strong in June

  • 20 push-ups (or knee push-ups) per day
  • 20 squats per day
  • 1-minute plank per day
  • 10,000 steps per day

Optional Bonus:

  • Drink 2L of water daily
  • Eat 1 high-protein meal per day
  • Stretch for 5 minutes daily
